Svarre
Vrogum-Svarre have developed the ultimate window. The window combines a unique design with a virtually maintenance free exterior and technically some of the most exciting advancements available on the market. The outside of the Svarre window is all glass and presents a seamless, flat, shiny surface. The border of the glass is coloured and covers the timber frame on the inside giving the Svarre window a simple and stylish appearance.
- The first window on the market, with almost 100% maintenance free exterior
- Colour is baked on the inside of the glass before the glass is toughened therefore never fades!
- Svarre windows are constructed with strong burglary proof hardware and are classified as RC2N due to EN1628- 30, and secured by design due to BSEN 1627-30:
- Hard stainless steel or aluminium hinges
- Standard with 2-3 locking points on the front (by the handle) options for a higher security of 2-5 locking points are also available
- Svarre windows provide excellent soundproof qualities with up to 42 Decibel, 38 Decibel is standard
- 3 layers of glass with following standard U-values, for reference window 1230 x 1480 mm; DW = 0,89 , Ug = 0,6
- Svarre window systems have been designed to withstand extreme weather conditions. The system has been tested and certified to class E1800 due to EN12208, which means water tight to the approximate pressure of 2 x hurricane force

Solborg
A truly innovative Sliding Sash Window. Due to ground breaking hardware developed and patented by Vrogum-Svarre, the sliding sash window is now as efficient as a casement window. It complies with modern requirements for heat insulation and sound reduction as well as being draught and theft proof, and all without compromising the look of a traditional box sash window.

Vrogum Classic
The advantages of Vrogum are many, a carefully prepared and tested construction made from superior materials ensure that Vrogum doors and windows are the best in the marketplace. Our unique glass fitting is fixed from the inside with a silicone sealer on the outside. Vrogum silicone seals are superior to the usual rubber weather strips which tend to dry up and leave cracks, enabling water to penetrate the construction. Our silicone seals, however, remain hard and tight throughout the window’s life.
- Internal glazing beads with hidden nail holes – Use of external glazing beads can cause cracking of the frame, leading to water penetration and rot. Vrogum use internal glazing beads and silicone sealant to overcome this problem.
- Increased security, as glass cannot be removed from the outside
- 100% smooth and water proof external surface ensuring long life and easy maintenance
Our windows are treated with two to three times the amount of primer/paint as that of other manufacturers unparalleled construction and surface treatments as well as slim glazing bars and wood profiles result in an aesthetically beautiful and elegant product which is difficult to match.
